Hello, We are new members to the site. We have been dabbling in real estate for years but now we have make the commitment to make investing our livelihood. Let's face the facts, social security will not sustain us. We have done a number of wholesale deals along with fix and flips. Currently looking for buy and hold rental properties as well as properties we can add value to and resell on land contract. We are looking to network with other like investors and gain mindful knowledge from other investors.
