Hello my name is Ernesto a friend want me to help her flip houses or condos she has been in sales in new houses and has a friend that will put up the cash to buy low and sale high profit half/half  I find the homes we meet this weekend so I want to learn as much as I can so when we meet I can ask all the right questions, I am ready to retire from my J O B I am 55 widower very excited about this but hoping to learn good or not ??????
