New real estate agent/investor from Redding, Ca

Hello all,

I have been on this site for a while now but this is my first post. I am 28 and currently working on getting my California real estate license as well as my degree in finance and I am researching potential locations to get started as an agent and investor. 

I have spent a significant time traveling and living abroad, first in the Caribbean on an 88' gaff rigged schooner, then in Amsterdam, Holland and finally in Malaysia and Thailand. I am currently planning another trip, this time to Central America and have been researching the idea of relocating to central America to pursue my real estate endeavors. I will admit i see a lot of potential and I love the culture and climate of the region.

I have found that this site has a plethora of information and I plan on utilizing all of the available resources to pursue my real estate aspirations.
