What I have been doing in real estate for the past few months is finding excellent deals for experienced investors/buyers. I find a very good deal for an extremely low price, and contact my buyers list to see who would be interested in the profit. My deals are usually 40% below market price, and most buyers end up fixing up the home and reselling or renting it out.
