Hi, Sharon Millar from New Zealand, currently wholesaling in Jacksonville Florida.  I am fairly new to investing in the States and I have been learning as I go with the help from other helpful, friendly investors and realtors, which has been invaluable.  This is now my main focus for creating income and I look forward to closing many deals in the months/years to come.
