Newbie Investor from Santa Clara, Ca (silicon valley!)

Hi BP Network! I just started to listen to all the podcasts and I'm really excited to join the community. 

I'm a newbie investor and own 2 single family properties out of state in Jacksonville, FL. I live and work in Silicon Valley. The property prices here are high for new investors so I'm focusing on other cities and out of state. I'm interested in making the transition to multi-family units, small complexes and even looking into commercial out of area. I'm looking forward to reading up on the various types of investing to hone in on a strategy and meeting other people within the community. 

I'm looking for great agents in other markets to start my search!
