Hi I just want to introduce myself to everyone on  here and am trying to absorb all of the good information on here. So here goes, I copied this off the NJ rollcall.

Name: I dont think this is necessary do you? Its kinda redundant.

Types of investments or business : Open to anything right now. Would like to start off with a flip.

Types of Properties: SFR & Multi

Target areas, counties or cities: Trying to target Morris, Western Essex County areas, non city such as Newark, East Orange, etc.

Do you invest in or out of state (or both): None right now.

What are you looking for: Looking to do my first deal. Looking for the right partner to do a few flips with and then buy and holds.

Why should others contact you: I am an experienced contractor that have done plenty of flips for my clients and know what buyers are looking for. Unfortunately I never had the financing to do it on my own. I was a licensed Home Inspector and my better half is a REA.

I am interested in joining a REIA in the local area and learning from a few people who have a few deals under their belt. I also have lots of ideas and experience as well being a contractor and a home inspector.
