New Member from Aurora, Colorado
I have no experience in real estate, but I'm learning. My husband and I are currently under contract to buy a rental and I'm in the process of buying a property in my IRA. My goal is to hold rentals to cashflow enough to get rid of my job. To speed this process my plan is to wholesale and possibly buy and fix.
