My name is Jordan and I recently started a graduate degree with the University of Utah- MBA/MHA.  I have worked in healthcare financial services for several years and have gained strong experience and knowledge in the financial advising industry.  I currently am searching for a first rental property in the Davis County area and joining BiggerPockets to ensure I have studied enough to make my first property a success.  I am always looking to make positive connections and share information.  Feel free to message me personally.

Welcome Jordan.  A few things that I think will help you out:

First, the Salt Lake Real Estate Investors Assoc. (SLREIA) is having a luncheon at Rooster's in Layton on Wednesday from noon - 1:00.  You will meet a lot of people who want to help you.

Second, explore everything on BP. Podcasts, forums, blogs, and how-to guides (to name a few). Awesome resources!

I will probably be a the meeting on Wednesday (job permitting), so I hope to see you.
