Hi All,
I am very new to the real estate arena (seven weeks and learning). Having recently joined BP for numerous reasons but obviously because this is a great place to learn and connect.
I have a great core team of two others with a couple fringe folks who are feeding our fire with great info. My partners are positive and creative, and we are already working with owners of a few properties that are not on the market and have landed at my doorstep with potential to be quite promising but require more knowledge, time, and labor than my brand new team is prepared for so initially, we are leaning towards the wholesaling path with two of the locations. These two properties are in a small town in Massachusetts that is about to undergo a massive improvement and revitalization. Having learned, from the town manager, about the town's plans and the contracts in play, I seriously want to be included while the property prices are still at the low end. For now, because this is all so new, I feel like wholesaling these two will be the best route, but need additional information and guidance. Though, I would rather flip it all for rental or resale when the town's median property value increases but ......
Anyhow, we are working daily towards a positive outcome, no matter what! :) We are seeking knowledge and advice, investors and of course positive ends. I am not afraid of work and am ready to learn.
Thanks again,
Victoria :)
