 I am looking to increase my knowledge and real estate investing. My only experience has been one house flip in Minneapolis. I made a little money, but not enough to justify all the work. I'm looking for different ways. I am financially secure, but I would like to increase my knowledge and, perhaps, pass some of this knowledge onto my day with  The hope  that they may become more financially secure.
