Hello. Good to be here. Like so many of you, we have the same problems. Especially financings. Everybody you meet who says they can finance you never really does. They keep your fees and if they do finance you, most of your profit goes to them. I lost many many contracts because we couldn't get funded. We found so many places full of information. Especially Bigger Pockets. We come here often and enjoy those we speak with. We look forward to working with others here especially in the financing arena.
