Res and small multi-family investors in Gulfport, MS

Hi, New to bigger pockets and enjoying the podcasts so far. I've been a beginner in the business for about a dozen years it seems. We began a more serious play-book and team building phase about 4 years ago and are hopefully becoming more sophisticated. I endeavored to make 2015, the "year of the mentor", but alas... I've bought a couple small (15-36 door) turnkey properties and we maintain a few SFRs that are being cashed out to buy more multi-family. There's an acronym that keeps popping up in other peoples posts that probably means something like real estate investors assn? This is a new idea to me and would very much like to meet other investors. Glad to meet yall. JJ Harris
