New Buy and Hold Investor in Phoenix, AZ

Hi!  I'm Julie, in Phoenix, AZ.  I own and operate a small business I started in 2009.  I am new to investing and new to BP.  I am interested in creating a cash flowing portfolio of rental properties.   I am currently in escrow on a 4 plex and also a townhouse. I intend to purchase more properties within the next year to establish my portfolio and then to continue to add to it over time. I have already found so much helpful information on Bigger Pockets and  I am excited to learn about investing, financing, managing and maintaining investment properties. I hope to build a network of contacts and resources on this site and in AZ.  It is so great that there seems to be such an emphasis on helping the "newbies" by the seasoned and experienced members.  Looking forward to getting to know you and getting involved here and in utilizing the wealth of tools and resources available.   Any advice, suggestions, etc is appreciated!
