Turn your trash into cash?

Hey there!  My name is Jim and I am new to this forum.  I live in the Greater Philadelphia Area and work solely with lease options. I'm looking to meet wholesalers and help them turn their "trash into cash".  I know it's corny, but let's face it... instead of throwing a lead away you can't work, let me try to close the deal my way and if I do, as a thank you, I would love to give you a referral fee.
