Hey all, 

New to the forum and new to REI. Looking forward to learning more about how to get into real estate. I'm hoping to use buy and holds for additional income and possibly flipping houses in the future.

As the title says, I'm a stay at home dad in WA looking to invest in Olympia/Tacoma. 

Any advice or tips are appreciated!
