Hi - I just joined. I'm interested in real estate investing. Found Biggerpockets.com as I was doing a search for California banks who might do HELOCs on investment properties. I own a condo (has a 1st mortgage) which has built up some equity I'd like to tap into to possibly purchase another investment property.
