Hi everyone I am new to BiggerPockets found out about the website after reading one of Brandon's books. I am looking to invest in the Los Angeles County. My ideal first investment would be a motor family home if anyone has any advice I would be more than happy to hear its. Thank you for taking the time to read my first post.
