Another Newbie here - Hi BP !

Hello everyone, here is my formal introduction. My wife and I have been involved in some real estate for the last 6 years and I am now ready to kick it up to the next level. Recently we have purchased 2 single family homes through sheriff auctions (scary! yes, but with an experienced real estate investor's help). My wife is an accountant and I have been in the logistics industry for over 18 years.

The first one we had I couldn't flip it but rented it with pretty good ROI. I am in the middle of cashout /refinance to buy another one. The 2nd one I just got the deed a couple days ago and waiting to get possession of it.

My goal is to buy 20 properties in the next 5 years, but after listening to numerous podcasts here, i think I should aim higher and put another zero behind it. 

I look forward to learning more from my fellow seasoned investors while we grow our real estate portfolio. The podcasts and information here are fantastic!
