Hey everybody.  I wanted to introduce myself to everyone here on BP. I'm new to  RE investing (any investing really) and I have been lucky enough to find a local mentor to guide me along. I  consider BP a mentor as well, get a ton of great info here. 

I've been a member here for a couple of months now and this is my first post. I'm looking forward to the relationships that I hear people are building here, so far just listening has been an awesome experience. FYI, I have 0 social media experience, so this is all new to me!
