This is my first time buying a rental, a great opportunity came up for us to invest and I am praying that it goes smoothly for the most part. I just own a little condo in a so-so neighborhood. Just wanting to rent it out to great renters. My goal is to have some income coming in every month so I can have some cushion when I retire
