Hello All,

I am a Real Estate professional residing in San Diego CA. I routinely sell and buy properties for clients of all kinds. I live in a community in the Northern part of San Diego along with my extended family. We routinely hear about sales before they hit the market due to the fact that my family has been in the area for the past 35 years and have a fairly good sphere of influence. I am looking to get more insight into the investing side of the industry and will enjoy reading through the wealth of knowledge and experience on this site. I hope to capitalize on the information I am privy to. My father is a general contractor so I have good support on that side and I am very well versed in the transaction. I am just figuring out the best way to operate the financing.

My undergrad education is in Finance and I am currently attending Law School to become a Real Estate Attorney. When I am not studying I am working with my RE clients and looking for investment opportunities. I am very excited to have stumbled across this site and to learn from you all.
