I've recently completed my sales license in Texas and now searching for job opportunities.  I have 10+ years in real estate related job experience.  I've managed commercial and residential property, residential development, and flips.  Right now  I'm trying to figure out where I fit in to this competitive  Austin real estate market.  I'm ready to start working and extremely self motivated.  Any advise or job leads would be greatly appreciated.
