New member of BP and wanting to learn real estate investing. Did a Buy & Hold 15 years ago and sold as lease to own after 5 years.  Haven't done investing for 10 years, but recently started studying to become a real estate agent and also wanting to do real estate investing. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do real estate investing as a full-time job and also try to build some wealth for retirement, since I'm behind in doing that.
