Hello Everyone!

My name is BreeAna Kunz and my husband and I have decided to start investing in real estate in Salt Lake County, UT. Neither of us has any real estate experience but we are very excited to get to work and look to purchase our first house to either flip or wholesale within the next month or so.

Our plan is to start out with flipping and wholesale and would eventually like to build a portfolio of rental properties.

I look forward to meeting everyone and would love to connect with fellow investors in Utah!
