I'm just getting started in real estate and looking to begin wholesaling or co-wholesaling to generate enough funds to invest in future rental properties.  I'm very motivated and have the drive to stop making others rich and start working towards financial freedom for my family and I.

I am looking to network and make as many local connections as possible and hear other success and/or obstacle experiences.  I would also like to possibly find a local mentor or someone that could use some assistance.
