NEW TO THE REALESTATE INVESTING AND READY TO CRUSH IT!!!!

hello...my name is Tamika and I'm really excited to get started in investing.

I started reading and have attended seminars approx two years ago...I know one way to be successful is taking in knowledge of the industry.

Now that I've read, and read I'm ready to put this all together and go out there and CRUSH IT!!!!

The only thing is... With all this information I've obtained , I don't know where to start.

Would love to obtain a mentor for guidamce.

So I'm open to all advice,steps,guidance, corrective criticism anything that will make me better.
