Hello everyone. My name is Brandi and I am a new investor in the Fort Mill/Rock Hill/Charlotte area. I am looking to start off with buy and hold properties over the next year then moving into flipping in 2017. I am pretty obsessed with real estate and have done research on different avenues of investing for years. My dad owns rental properties in Florida and will be serving as a log distance mentor but I am looking to work with and mentor with someone local as well. I want to start with the lowest out of pocket cash option so I am focusing on seller financed deals. I can't wait to dive in, but first I will be combing through the BiggerPocket forums and learning as much as possible.
