Kind of new to the REI game...

Over 15 years ago I purchased my first "buy and hold" piece of property. I still have that property today and added another about 8 years ago. So, I'm not completely new to the world of REI or Landlording. But I'm retiring in less than two years and I'm looking to expand my portfolio, starting with using equity in my two current properties to procure several, likely smaller, income properties in a college town. Looking forward to learning and transitioning to the private, entrepreneur sector of the economy.
