hi everyone-

I'm Joyce. I've been doing some flipping for two years now. That company is run through my 401K and very restrictive. So we've decided to branch out and start doing some wholesaling and investing outside of the 401K. I'm jumping in with both feet, so it's great to know there's a forum to learn from.
