Hi Bp'ers I am new to the whole investing thing. I live in the lancaster area. I think I have read and study enough to be dangerous. So I'm ready to dive head first and go for it. I am looking for investor friendly agent, attorney, and accountant. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated. I need them asap. Found a property that I would like to make an offer on.
