Hello BP community, I've been a long time listener of the podcast and I've been house hacking my current property for about 2 years with a good amount of success.

I'm looking for 4 things out of joining the community: 1. Tips and tricks to optimize my current investment.  2. Tips for gathering additional capital to prepare for a large renovation of one of my units (203k, equity line, etc.) 3. Finding my next buy and hold or house hacking deal.  4. Hopefully help out others who are ready to take the plunge at house hacking!

Cheers,

Derek
