Hello BP! 

Extremly happy i found this site, it's like the world i've been in search of! Anyways, my name is Miguel and i'm originally from Venezuela but have resided in the Central Florida area for the last twenty years. I'm currently 24 years old and eager to meet people with my same passion for RE.  I was introduced to the RE world by my father. I've been managing his investment properties since 2011 and my love has grown for the business. I bought my personal Home early this year and closed on my first actual rental property just A couple of months ago. Looking forward to learning many great things and meeting other members.
