Greetings All,

I stumbled across BiggerPockets about 3 weeks ago and have found it to be a great resource for building a real estate based business.  

I'm actively working as a commercial real estate broker in the Chicago market.  My focus is primarily industrial; however, I have experience with flex, retail, and office.  

I finally decided to actively pursue real estate investing and ownership after identifying several deals for clients unable to close great opportunities.  My desire is to implement a buy-hold strategy to generate income that will allow me to freedom and flexibility to be involved with my family and help others reach their goals.

Please feel free to utilize my knowledge of securing capital improvement funding, strategies to reduce property taxes, and knowledge of the Chicago market.
