Hi Bigger Pockets!.  I have been in the real estate world since 1987.  I started off as a broker, doing business development to list new track housing, I then brokered residential for 10 years.   I moved on to become an investor, mostly buy and hold. I ended up with about 200,000 sq ft of real estate that I managed.  I also developed a few projects, a restaurant, an office building, and a 21,000 sq ft house to live in (crazy, I know, I would need a segway to get around and good cell service to talk to see what the family wanted for dinner!).  Well 2008 came along and I am now starting over again.  This time I want to focus on notes.  I am looking to initially broker non performing notes.
