I have been investing in real estate since 1990   I had a few potentially bad experiences when working with realtors so I decided to get my license.  That was around 1996, then  several years later I went back and earned my brokers license as well   Real Estate is a passion of mine.  Most people I have interacted with when doing deals are extremely bright and make it interesting and enjoyable.  I am excited to be part of Bigger Pockets.  I hope to give back more than I take.
