Buy and Hold investor in the Cleveland area

Hey all,

I am 28 years old and have been buying and holding, flipping, and wholesaling houses in the Cleveland, OH area since 2009.  Started out in the game with flipping a few houses a year with buying and holding in mind as the ultimate goal.  I currently own/co-own 12 rental properties in the Cleveland area.  The reason why I got into real estate is to grow my rental portfolio enough to have that passive income each month to become financially free.  Just looking to learn, share, and grow as an investor.  Looking forward to sharing my experiences and hearing yours!
