Hi everyone, my name is Bonnie and I reside in Peoria Az. I'm very experienced in flipping and wholesaling dating as far back as the 80's . I was very active till 2008 and got out of the business. Now, I'm starting from scratch and have begun as a wholesaler. I really have lost all my connections in the business so I feel brand new. I was excited to see all the new tools available through Bigger Pockets and plan to utilize anything I need. I do know one thing deals are few and far between. I have been writing contracts all over town and just got my first accepted offer. Yeah, I'm excited!
