Greetings!

I am a new member from Charlotte NC.  I actually joined about a month or so ago.  Not sure how I missed this site, I was digging around CREonline.com for years.  I just decided (after 30 years of yammering on about it) that I needed to finally figure out a way to invest in Real Estate.

My plan currently is to begin wholesaling.  Considering that my 1099 job has gone down to almost 20hrs a week on average, I'm about tired of working for others and want to eventually end up being able to live off of my investment earnings.  Wholesaling I believe will net me small chunks of cash to build up a warchest for bigger things, such as fix and flips and perhaps an occasional rental property.  My long term goal is to buy multi-family units and manage for retirement.

I do attend the Charlotte REIA meetings and learn a GREAT deal from the participants, both seasoned and new. I would love to review your deals if you are within 75 miles of me over dinner. My treat. If possible, I would like to be able to view any rehabs going on in the area, or perhaps work for you for free to learn your process (run errands, carry sheetrock, etc...). As long as I can see your numbers, I can learn.

Feel free to reach out if there is anything you might need that is TEACHABLE.

Raphael
