hello I am trying to find out what is subdivion mean and bank owned mean n what's a good lender to go to for people who don't have good credit n no money but trying to get money to flip a house. I am new n want to find out how to get started I send a house that I would love to try to get n flip but need some work done to it n is bank owned n subdivion can somebody please let me know please thank you.
