Total Newbie in Lehigh Valley, Pennsylvania area

Hey all, my name is Debbi Harley.  My husband, Brian,  and I are relocating from Alaska to Pennsylvania, and in the process of offering our house as a "one year lease with option to buy" to an acquaintance, I stumbled on this website.  It's always been a dream of my husband's, who is an excellent carpenter, to flip a house or two, and we kind of looked at each other and said, "Why not now?" So, we're off on a new adventure.
