Greetings all, 

I buy and hold in Crystal Lake and Lake-in-the-Hills areas of Mc Henry County. 

Single family 3bed/2bath/2ca with yard, minimal rehab, region of 80-150K.  

Have been active in real estate for 10 years, in business for 6 years at:  fervon.com
