I am Rowan Benedict and my brother,well basically my brother, Ian MacNabb want to get involved in the real estate field.  Really we want to flip houses.  We have been intrigued for a while and read anything and everything we can get our hands on.  Luckily I came across this site a while ago and have been able to learn quite a bit from all of you.  We are getting close to starting our first project and I figured that I would track it for any newbies after us and hopefully get some advice if/when we need it. We are interested in soaking in absolutely any knowledge that anyone has to pass on.
