Hey guys,

Recently left my job to pursue real estate as a full-time gig. I am an investor/wholesaler with a team in the socal area. Looking to get into secondary markets within 6 months, namely Chicago since I just moved back from there. I've mostly been a lurker in biggerpockets for the past couple months but I'm grateful for all the knowledge on these forums!
