Hello all,

My name is Brian, I've been reading up on REI since last year but decided to focus in after finding BP a few months back. I'm currently in Bergen County, northern New Jersey, and have been a homeowner since June of last year.

I'm currently most interested in flipping, and eventually reinvesting that capital towards purchasing buy and hold properties for long term appreciation. I'm looking to connect with experienced locals, as well as connect with experts nationwide.
