Hello Bigger Pockets community my name is Floyd. I am just starting out on my investing journey. My goal is to cashflow 15k a month. To do this I will be investing in both Multiflmaliy and single family homes. I am currently starting out in tax lein, probate eventually moving ito forclosures.
