Hello BP Community.  Our Office Manager just found this site and we are jumping in as it looks like a great real estate resource.  We have been building in NYC since 1998 and over the past 3 years have pivoted to CM and Development work.  We have a large pipeline of commercial deals in NYC through a Partner of ours that we are also selling to active and qualified buyers.  We are particularly interested in meeting such qualified Investors and Buyers.
