Hey everyone,

I've been a part of Bigger Pockets for almost a year now but just recently have become more serious of moving forward in the industry. Looking forward to the wealth of knowledge shared and networking with people in my area. That being said, my current focus is in the Houston market but am looking for some insight from those familiar with the Farmington Hills, Michigan area. I'm interested in purchasing a rental property and would appreciate any insight you can share or any agents you'd recommend. Thanks in advance!!
