New Member Interested in Cape Cod Investment from NYC

Hello!

Thank you for reading my post. I joined the site to learn about the possibility of investing in a buy and hold property in the Cape Cod area from NYC. I have experience spending summers on the Cape in the West Yarmouth area.

I would welcome any advice on other Cape Cod areas, what makes the best rental, managing a property from afar, financing a property, and more! We're specifically interested in any information on the Falmouth and Mashpee areas because there seem to be some great properties there.

Thanks in advance!

Kim
