BiggerPockets Introduction!

Hello BiggerPockets,

I just want to make a quick introduction for myself. My name is Brett Campbell and I'm stationed here at Pope AAF. I'm looking to get started in the real estate business. Right now I am in the process of finding my first house. I have already visited a few houses here in Fayetteville and was wondering if you guys had any tips. My budget is 70k and  I am planning to buy and hold, to rent in the future. I would love to build a network of fellow investors in the Fayetteville area! I am very motivated and would love to learn from some of the best the area has to offer! Anyways, I look forward to working with some of you folks down the road and Thank you in advance for the help!
